Skylake Residence

Five Eighteen Construction did a complete renovation of my home, and the results exceeded my expectations. They were professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire process. A special thanks to Abraham Bentata—he was absolutely amazing! So patient, kind, and detail-oriented, ensuring every detail was done to perfection. The team truly listened to my ideas, provided great suggestions, and worked with me to bring my vision to life. They executed the renovation flawlessly!

For the buildout of our new Sevan Bicakci retail store in the Miami Design District, we entrusted Five Eighteen with a complex and demanding project. We were importing unique, high-end components directly from Europe, requiring a contractor with exceptional adaptability and precision. Five Eighteen not only delivered a competitive quote but also demonstrated an unparalleled willingness to collaborate closely with our overseas designers
